Dollsafari were awesome. Oliver answered all my questions. The doll is beautiful just as advertised and it shows up as td auto so even the billing is discreet so you can feel comfortable talking to your bank without feeling judged. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again.

Fabulous Customer Service, Quality Products
After a less than good experience with another online retailer, a week of research and vetting, I found Dollsafari.com on TrustPilot.

I’d have to say that dealing with Dollsafari.com has been a great experience as a new customer. The purchase process is fluid and having PayPal process made it that much easier.

I ordered a Piper Dolls brand platinum silicone model (Silicone Anima) and Jake from Dollsafari had a greeting and review of the order within 12 hours. Jake gave me a timeline that was very precise and he was kind enough to update me at least weekly as to how the process was going.

The process took under a month from order to my door (7/10-8/2, your results may vary). As promised, Jake provided me with photos of the completed doll with my order number for visual inspection/approval, it looked fantastic so I okayed the shipment and I got a tracking number in less than a day.

The customer service provided by Dollsafari is the BEST I have ever experienced from ANY company. I’m not exaggerating: better than when I bought my brand new car, better than a luxury cruise I went on, fantastic!

As for the product, it’s legit! The factory let the doll off-gas so there are no significant odors out of the box like with lesser quality dolls I’ve experienced. Exactly what I ordered, exceeded my expectations for sure.

Needless to say they have won my future business. Great job and thank you to Jake and Dollsafari.com!

Ordered the anima doll, there was an error in communication at the beginning which is only natural, we’re only human. Service was quick and friendly. My review is a tad early, though i am content to wait for my product to arrive. So far I think it was worth it.

Separately, you could go your entire life and not see a doll or know what it feels like. Why not give it a try?
